Declaration of Status

I, [Your Name as Living Man/Woman] , am a living man on the land, not a corporation, trust, legal fiction, or artificial entity. I exist by divine creation and operate under the protection of the Common Law of England, the English Constitution, and the Supreme Creator. I do not consent to unlawful trespass, surveillance, experimentation, or interference with my body, air, water, food supply, land, property, or natural rights.

This notice is issued to make you aware of serious constitutional breaches and crimes being committed under your jurisdiction, for which you may be held personally and commercially liable if you fail to take immediate action.

RE: NOTICE OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY AND COMMERCIAL CLAIM AGAINST GEOENGINEERING OPERATIONS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM

The following counts are formally issued as lawful notice of trespass, criminality, and harm being conducted or permitted under your oversight:

Count 1 — Violation of the Human Rights Act 1998

• Article 2: The Right to Life is threatened by ongoing aerosol spraying and solar radiation management (SRM) programs, which introduce known toxins and unknown substances into the atmosphere.
• Article 8: The Right to Private and Family Life is infringed by covert atmospheric interventions taking place without public consent, causing psychological and physical distress.

Count 2 — Violation of the Environmental Protection Act 1990

• Section 79 prohibits statutory nuisances including emissions harmful to health, land, crops, and air quality. Geoengineering operations constitute an unlawful statutory nuisance.

Count 3 — Breach of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004

• The public has a legal right to full environmental transparency. Failure to disclose atmospheric modification projects and chemical dispersal’s is unlawful.

Count 4 — Breach of the Clean Air Act 1993

• The deliberate release of airborne contaminants by scientific or military operations directly violates clean air protections and endangers public health.

Count 5 — Violation of the Nuremberg Code (1947)

• Human experimentation without fully informed and explicit consent is a violation of international law. Geoengineering constitutes uncontested mass experimentation.

Count 6 — Violation of the Convention on Biological Diversity (Decision X/33, 2010)

• Geoengineering is prohibited unless broad public approval and risk assessments are conducted. These prerequisites have not been met.

Count 7 — Potential Breach of Geneva Convention Protocol I (1977)

• Modifying environmental systems in ways that cause severe, widespread, or long-lasting harm may amount to environmental warfare — a war crime under international law.

Count 8 — Violations under English Common Law

• Trespass, Fraud, Endangerment, Criminal Negligence. The deployment of chemical agents or technological systems over inhabited regions without consent is a tort and crime.

Count 9 — Violation of the English Constitution

• Magna Carta 1215, Article 39: “No free man shall be seized, harmed, or punished in any way except by lawful judgment of his equals or by the law of the land.”
• Bill of Rights 1689: Forbids cruel and unusual punishments, and affirms lawful process. Non-consensual experimentation violates these constitutional protections.

Count 10 — Malfeasance and Misconduct in Public Office

• As a Member of Parliament, you have sworn an Oath of Allegiance and Office to uphold the law and serve the people. Knowingly authorizing, enabling, or ignoring geoengineering experiments that harm the public constitutes gross misconduct and breach of that oath. This includes liability for dereliction of duty and complicity in unlawful acts.

Count 11 — Crimes Against Humanity

• Should geoengineering programs result in widespread illness, infertility, food shortages, or death, such outcomes would constitute crimes against humanity as defined under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (Articles 7 & 8).

FEE SCHEDULE FOR CRIMINAL AND COMMERCIAL HARM

• Unlawful atmospheric interference (per day): £100,000
• Environmental contamination (per square mile): £500,000
• Bodily harm or illness (per person affected): £250,000
• Loss of life: £5,000,000
• Damage to agriculture or ecology (per incident): £1,000,000
• Psychological distress (per person): £100,000
• Failure to rebut this Notice within 21 days: £10,000

These rates reflect measurable harm and breach of duty. You will be held commercially and criminally liable for each count above and for any continuing failure to act.

DEMAND FOR REMEDY

1. Immediate cessation of all geoengineering, SRM, or atmospheric intervention projects on or above UK soil.
2. Public disclosure of all government and corporate agencies or contractors involved in atmospheric modification programs.
3. Release of risk assessments and public consultations (if any) conducted prior to deployment.
4. Confirmation under oath that no further experimentation will be carried out without a binding public referendum.

PERMANENT ESTOPPEL

Failure to rebut each and every point within 21 (twenty-one) days of receipt of this Notice shall result in permanent estoppel by acquiescence, barring any future rebuttal or claim of lawful authority. It will be taken as your full agreement and acceptance of criminal and commercial liability.

AFFIRMATION

This Notice is issued in honor, peace, and with lawful authority. It stands as a public warning and lawful instrument. All rights reserved, none waived.
